Responsibilities
·
Plan, manage, and execute multiple SEO campaigns,
which includes account setup, strategy development, organization, and
management with minimal to no supervision necessary
·
Provide SEO expertise for keyword research,
reporting, linking campaigns, conversion goals, on-page optimization, social
media, local search, image and video optimization, digital asset optimization,
and mobile search for clients of easy to average difficulty
·
Execute tactical and strategic deliverables around
link building, content development, site analysis and other practices, and
teaching / coordinating similar activities with SEO Coordinators
·
Manage day-to-day communication with client contact
for all things SEO, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting
with strategy plans, in conjunction with other channels and team members
·
Perform analysis on key performance indicators and
make recommendations based on to-date performance
·
Monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques
to ensure top website ranking and identify new opportunities, proactively
research SEO issues and formulate solutions
Qualifications
·
Must have 2-4 years of experience with SEO,
preferably with more B2B inclined clients
·
Proven track-record of increasing traffic,
improving brand and site visibility within major search engines for important
keywords, increasing site authority through trusted and natural link building,
and surpassing client conversion goals
·
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive
hard to completion, and deliver effective results
·
Practice of advanced SEO theory and applied
techniques (web ranking, link analysis, data analytics, etc)
·
Bachelor’s Degree in any field

·
Able to effectively identify site issues and
opportunities, and communicate and prioritize how to address them
·
Expanding experience to encompass all points in the
life cycle of a website: new site development, early / low-hanging fruit,
mature SEO campaigns, and transitioning to new version of a site
·
Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic server
functions, and the definitions and SEO implications of advanced website
techniques (AJAX, Flash, HTML 5)
·
Proven knowledge of website technologies such as
platforms and CMSes preferred
·
A working understanding of PPC, Display Media,
Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution
·
Experience in multiple client verticals preferred
·
Familiarity with SEO reporting platforms such as
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEO PowerSuite
