Project Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to own and drive a single high-impact brand project from strategy through execution. This is not a traditional marketing role—you'll be the central force orchestrating app/web development, paid advertising, organic content, online-to-offline (O2O) initiatives, and creative design for one dedicated brand.

You won't be doing everything yourself. You'll have access to in-house specialists and teams for execution. Your job is to be the driver—setting direction, coordinating resources, pushing initiatives forward proactively, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You need enough marketing and technical knowledge to guide experts, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions, but the hands-on execution will be handled by specialist teams.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong project orchestration skills, and the ability to keep a complex, multi-faceted project moving forward with urgency and purpose.

Success means delivering measurable brand growth, hitting lead generation targets, and positioning the project for contract renewal at the end of 2026.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies that drive brand growth and support business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize marketing channels (digital, O2O, content) to maximize in-store traffic and conversions
  • Create project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
  • Research and recommend new approaches to lead generation and customer acquisition
Execution Orchestration & Drive
  • Drive end-to-end execution of web and app development projects, coordinating with technical teams and pushing deliverables forward
  • Brief and direct specialist teams on brand assets, messaging, and content requirements to ensure consistency with brand identity
  • Initiate and oversee marketing campaigns across paid ads, organic content, email, social media, SEO, and SEM—working with execution teams but maintaining ownership of outcomes
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum across all workstreams
  • Guide teams on the effective use of AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal brand stakeholders, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication channels
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration within Operations to ensure unified messaging and seamless project delivery
  • Coordinate resources across multiple teams, removing blockers and ensuring all project components align
  • Manage project budgets and communicate cost implications, changes, and trade-offs to stakeholders
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics, social metrics, and marketing tools
  • Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor project health, identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting strategies to maximize impact
  • Continuously assess and improve working processes across the project lifecycle


Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C environments
  • Proven track record managing web development projects or working closely with technical teams
  • Demonstrated success with content marketing, digital campaigns, and communications strategies
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines with multiple stakeholders
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and development processes—enough to guide technical teams, evaluate proposals, and make informed decisions
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM—sufficient to brief specialists and assess their work
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new marketing technology, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, and marketing automation
Communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Strong presentation skills for reporting and stakeholder updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies a plus
  • Experience working in multicultural or international team environments
