Head of Creative Strategy

Are you looking for an opportunity to shape the direction of one of the most dynamic digital marketing agencies in the region? 


We are currently looking for a motivated Head of Creative & Account Strategy based in Singapore. One part of this hybrid role is to manage the Creative team, working remotely from Indonesia, by focusing on conceptualizing visual ideas and content & leading design creation that is functional. The other part is developing and managing digital marketing strategies with appointed clients, and support to achieve their digital marketing goals to create increased sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Job Responsibilities:

Working directly with clients to execute on a multitude of different design & creative briefs within a fast-paced environment 

Translating client requirements into design & creative briefs 

Crafting creative strategy for our clients to ensure our deliverables consistently meet their objectives within stipulated timeframes  

Co-ordinating and managing client briefs, expectations and managing the output from our design team and conversion optimization

Liaising with our technical projects team for websites and applications development to ensure functional and implementation feasibility of designs that are effective at achieving business goals 

Liaising with our performance & digital marketing team to develop effective designs aligned with the overall strategic direction of social media and advertising campaigns 

Overseeing & leading the ‘beautification’ of client websites, videos, eDMs & social media, working together with the rest of our design team 

Being a subject matter expert for functional creativity when it comes to websites, social media, eDMs & videos 

Being cutting-edge with web & digital design trends and tools to achieve high levels of efficiency, quality and delivery 

Contributing regular content to the 2Stallions blog on UX Design/UI design based on research, experience, and relevant design news 

Generating new business through outbound prospecting efforts as well as following up on marketing-generated leads

Building long-term relationships with appointed clients and investigate & determine clients wants and needs

Planning and managing digital strategies for appointed clients


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design & visual communications and/or digital design 

> 5 years of working experience at an agency

> 3 years of managerial experience

Proven sales and account management track record

Experience with design & creative and implementation of business strategy

Knowledge of the latest web design techniques & visual marketing 

Strong Visual Design/Layout/Typography skill set 

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InvisionApp  

Good understanding of how HTML, CSS & JS works 

Experience with some Content Management Systems like WordPress is preferred

In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategy, tools and technology

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms

People Manager and able to allocate resources, maintain timelines and stay within budget 

Strong problem-solving, creative and communication (verbal & written English) skills  

Demonstrable ability for high-quality output focused on offering the best value to clients within time and technical constraints 

Able to articulate design decisions that drive end-user needs while achieving clients’ business goals 

Client relationship management

Entrepreneurial spirit 

Negotiation skills
