Digital Advertising Specialist (Remotely - Malaysia Only)

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory, Malaysia

The role requires a broad range of skills including collaboration with the integrated marketing and creative team to guide strategic advertising buying across all search, video and social platforms, identifying targeting tactics based on campaign briefs and defining media goals measured against precise KPIs and ongoing internal and client education. The role requires a commitment to driving innovative paid media solutions and flawless execution, for which a minimum experience of 3 years is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of digital advertising solutions for clients, including social media initiatives, and digital marketing performance initiatives
  • Develop and execute near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and manage the day-to-day media marketing activities across multiple platforms and clients to increase conversion and revenue
  • Assist with media planning and media buying (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Daily monitoring of social advertising and Google ads campaigns and adjust when needed to optimize results
  • Constantly develop effective strategies to improve both new and existing campaigns, with the best practices and the latest digital trends.
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving solutions, tag management (Google Tag Manager), operations and measuring (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics) and reporting
  • Collaborate with other team members from account manager, creative, content, and tech functions to support and exceed client expectations on undertaken campaigns and projects
  • Accountable for monthly reporting with recommendations for online paid advertising projects
  • Provide campaign coordination support including preparation for client meetings, monthly reports, vendor liaison
  • Provide timely project updates to internal stakeholders 
  • Support client pitches by participating brainstorming sessions, deriving insights from research and social media monitoring

Must have;

    • Google Ads Search Certification
    • Google Ads Display Certification

    Counts in your favour if you also have:

    • Google Ads Video Certification
    • Shopping Ads Certification
    • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)


    • Bachelor’s degree in related area
    • 2 years of relevant working experience
    • Experience in using performance tools and insights in the social media performance
    • Knowledgeable in Digital Channels and latest trends
