We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our remote team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing search marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to enhance targeting and campaign personalization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and messaging aligned with campaign goals.
- Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, testing new platforms and strategies as needed.
- Assist in budget management to ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated spend and timeline.
- Support A/B testing and campaign optimization to drive maximum performance.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Track and report on paid campaign performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in campaign setup, budget allocation, and optimization across paid media channels.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
