We are looking for a driven Digital Sales Executive to lead new client acquisition and grow revenue by selling our digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. This is a sales-focused, commission-supported role suited to someone who enjoys closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and making a direct impact on the company's commercial success.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching and conversion — with support and mentorship from our Head of Sales, and backing from our Marketing and Client Servicing teams, to help position the agency as a trusted digital partner across Malaysia and beyond.
Identify and generate new business leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
Pitch tailored digital marketing and e-commerce solutions to prospective clients
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through to deal closure
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Client Servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from the Head of Sales to sharpen pitching and closing skills
1–2 years' experience in sales, ideally within software or digital marketing services
Proven track record in prospecting and cold-calling
Experience selling SEO, SEM, social media advertising, web development, or digital strategy solutions
Strong communication skills for pitching, proposal writing, and managing the full sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales activity tracking
Demonstrated consistency in meeting monthly sales targets
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and current trends
Prior experience within a digital agency environment
Active involvement in networking events or industry meetups
A collaborative mindset that supports smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Awareness of market shifts and competitor offerings
Fully remote working arrangement
Basic salary of RM3,000–RM4,000 per month, commensurate with experience
