Digital Marketing Executive - Fully Remote
Remote, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement within the Malaysian & Singaporean market. They play a key role in creating content (social media, blogs) and marketing collaterals, coordinating events, and assisting lead generation efforts under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
By collaborating with team members and other stakeholders, they contribute to the success of campaigns, partnerships, and overall brand visibility. This role provides an opportunity to develop B2B & digital marketing skills while driving local impact within a dynamic regional framework.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Reporting
- Implement local digital marketing initiatives as directed by the Manager.
- Maintain reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and event success for continuous optimization.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage posts for 2Stallions’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn)
- Develop video content for YouTube & Instagram Reels
- Write SEO -optimised blog articles (SEO training will be provided)
Brand Marketing Activities
- Assist in creating brand collaterals (slides, brochures, event banners, promotions) as others as required.
- Draft articles, press releases or other writeup about the company and its services
- Ensure brand consistency in localized messaging under the guidance of the Manager.
Events Coordination & Logistics
- Support planning and execution of Malaysia-based marketing events, managing logistics and attendee engagement.
- Assist with regional event coordination for Singapore-Malaysia campaigns.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Implement basic lead nurturing and prospecting activities in Malaysia under supervision.
- Collect and share data on lead performance and engagement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful projects rollouts.
- Engage with local stakeholders to gather insights for market adaptation.
Partnership Coordination
- Support partnership implementation efforts within Malaysia when required.
- Assist in integrating partners into relevant events or marketing initiatives.
Budget & Decision Support
- Manage small - scale event budgets within approved parameters.
- Propose local marketing ideas to enhance engagement (with Manager’s approval).
Performance Metrics & Growth
- Track engagement, lead generation effectiveness, and event attendance.
- Continuously improve skills in campaign execution, localization, and analytics
Qualification & Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media and content creation
- Strong English & writing skills are essential, ensuring clear and engaging marketing content.
- Social media management experience is highly preferred
- Video marketing experience will be helpful
- Creativity and a good eye for design
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Salary RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 per month
Note:
- This is an inhouse marketing position, not involving working on agency clients’ campaigns.
- This position is open to candidates currently residing in the Klang Valley and legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
