Digital Inside Sales Specialist - Remote within Malaysia

Our ideal candidate has experience in sales in an agency environment,  A deep interest or background in digital marketing/IT/Software is a must.

• Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s target client.
• Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Initiate and develop new business in SG and Malaysia via cold calling
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Working with sales team when closing sale
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Maintaining database of prospective client information

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• 1+ years of full time inside sales experience, lead generation (software sales or digital marketing)
  
• Sales prospecting experience (cold calling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Experience of working in, or selling to, marketing departments, business owners
